Why This Must Be Read:

The Nancy Drew fandom has some brilliant authors, but ndnickerson is, without a doubt, my favourite.

This is one of my favourite one-shots. The scenes ahead of the actual sex are glorious in all their little details, and the way everything unfolds to the final act of sex is slow and beautiful. Nancy and Ned are sweet and bold and comfortable, and this is one of those fics I find myself returning to time and time again, if only to admire the little phrasings and moments the author has woven into the greater story. I love the wording, I love the characters, and I love the plot line.

The circumstances which bring Nancy and Ned together here are different and unusual and sweet, and I really, really love the whole thing.
