1. How much can I request?: Only one requested pairing per person. You can't request two rounds in a row. First twenty responses only.
2. Who can fulfill the requests? How? When?: Anyone can fulfill them. Wait until a mod announces the list of the twenty requested pairings, and then post to the comm in a new post (so that everybody can see the rec, and we can tag it and stuff).
3. Cool. How do I request?: Drop a comment below with the name of the fandom and the pairing. Full names! No abbreviations!
