Why This Must Be Read: I might be a little biased as this fic was written for me for the McCoy/Chapel Fic Exchange, but it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s an AU set in the Oregon Territory in the 1800s. Christine is strong and smart and McCoy is grumpy and spot-on. Their romance is sweet and slow and just perfect.
