Why This Must Be Read: Despite what I imagine is the popularity of this pairing in the fandom, there isn't a lot of fic written about them. So I figured people here might appreciate this rare rec. This fic is wonderfully crafted, with a lot of detail that makes it very true to form with Fringe. Lovely narration, and excellent turn of phrase. It's got general spoilers up of season two, and incorporates a lot of different themes/plots we see in the show. Plus, the balance of ship and plot is wonderful.

If you're remotely interested in this show/pairing, give it a shot. :P

Why This Must Be Read: This is a new fandom for me! I love the idea of this pairing, and what I love even more about this fic is how funny it is, even when it's being serious. Perfectly in character and in tune with the show. The voices rings true.
