Why This Must Be Read: Despite this being classified as a Denzel/Moogle Girl fic, I'm reccing it as Denzel/Marlene because it's mostly written from their side of the triangle. I love that the angst is underplayed through the simple poignancy of their interactions. The author's depiction of them as teenagers is one of the most believable I've come across in the section as well.
