Why This Must Be Read: A future fic for these two before there was even a hint of future for them on the show. Set eleven years in the future when Blair returns to New York for Serena’s wedding. The author’s Blair voice is spot-on perfect, the chemistry between her and Dan is both palpable and electrifying and the future is completely believable. The first Dan/Blair fic I had ever read and it’s still one of my favorites.
