Thanks to svmadelyn for pointing me to this community! There are an amazing number of talented het authors (and especially Chlark authors) in the SV fandom, but here are a few recs for stories by two of my favorites, ellyfanfiction and laurelnola:

Why This Must Be Read: When it comes to hot!Chlark, there's no better or more prolific author than Elly, and this short story is just a small taste of her delicious style. It's wickedly sensuous, and yet also sweet, because Elly never lets us forget that these aren't just two hot bodies; it's Clark and it's Chloe, and the real action is what's going on inside both of them as events transpire.

Why This Must Be Read: Nonstop cuteness, the most adorable narrator in the SV 'verse, and a refreshingly new POV on the Chloe-Clark relationship from one of SV's most sadly underused characters. A must-read for Shelby fans. :)

Why This Must Be Read: One of many reasons I love Laurel's fic so much is that she, like Elly, is so versatile. This is an amazingly sweet (but not overly so) telling of Chloe and Clark's first middle-school encounter. You'll swear this is exactly the way Chlark would have been as 13-year-olds.
