Why This Must Be Read: This is an AU in the sense that the finale never happened (and who doesn't wish it never did, uh?). It's a beautiful fic that offers five different ends for our Spyrents. It made me want to rewatch s2 and the other episodes with Irina, and to hunt for websites from back in the day (but of course they disappeared). Just a slight warning: tissues are needed for some parts. ;)
