Why This Must Be Read: This author P*WNS Jackson/Lisa, read all her stuff! (be sure to checkout Another You, Another Me)  This one in particular is a favorite of mine because it delves in to all the psychology behind the chemistry and motivations between these two people.  What happens is, Lisa runs from Jackson at the airport but isn't able to get ahold of her dad before getting trapped in an abandoned parking garage elevator with Jackson.  Since they are awaiting rescue, Jackson isn't able to kill her because he'll be trapped with her dead body as evidence until someone finds them.  So these two people are on the brink and struggling mentally and physically with each other, but neither can kill the other (oh Lisa probably would if she could overpower Jackson).  And of course we revisit the UST from the airplane bathroom.  **NOTE:  Sorry, I think this author is reuploading the story or something, and right now only the first 2 chapters are available to read.  But hassle her and maybe she'll put the rest up?

Why This Must Be Read: This is THE Red Eye fic.  It's EPIC.  Characterization, plot, motivation, UST.  It builds on the plot of the movie and twists.  This is the official summary:

A dangerous secret irreversibly changes Lisa’s life, and she is thrown headfirst into a world of politics, money and murder.

I'm too tired to go into the detail necessary to describe the awesomeness.  If you are even slightly intrigued by this pairing, or really liked the movie, take the time to read this fic!!
