Why This Must Be Read: This is one of my favorite early Dollhouse fics. This story was written when only a couple episodes were out, and the author really has some great depth into these two characters. She really illustrates well Paul's solitary nature and his determination. We knew even less about Mellie, but this story really portrays her accurately, especially her devotion to Paul. This is just a really well done and classic Dollhouse story.
