Why This Must Be Read: If you've gone looking for Sheldon/Penny fic, you've probably read this. And it walks the fine line between ship fic and gen fic, but still. I love it so much I'm still going to give others the chance to find it for the first time. Both these recs have a time travel theme, as in this one future!Sheldon comes back to present!Penny's apartment to stop him going to the university. Hence, a road trip! Future!Sheldon is believably described, and the voices are spot-on. I really think this fic sets the solid groundwork for future Sheldon/Penny.
