So much of Tony and Pepper's relationship hinges on the things they don't say and don't act on, and this fic really personifies that for me. This story is hot (very hot!) and yet, due to the fantasy element, still restrained and full of UST and wistful at the same time. It's a wonderfully written look at the unacknowledged tension between Tony and Pepper, with loads of sexy and just the right amount of bittersweet.
