Why This Must Be Read:allaire wrote 37 drabbles for the Christmax calendar 2010 and each fleshes out canon by way of exploring a perceived Brenda & Andy-shippy subtext as the author states. She gives with a few sentences a completely different picture of the scenes and voices Flynn's and Brenda's inner thoughts so in-character, that - after reading all 37 - one could start to think that the show has a subtle F/B undertone.

Why This Must Be Read:abracax wrote this story for a picture challenge at the Closer Forum and it is the first story I ever read for this pairing. It is also responsible for making me ship them. She did such a brilliant job, creating a whole story around a single picture, with sarcastic Flynn and annoyed Brenda (there are no sweets. It's like hell.) that somehow manage to find common ground through a tiny cactus flower.
