Why This Must Be Read: Recently found this and was too good not to find the last 5 chapters via cache and share with others. Riddick, Jack and Imam leave the planet after Pitch Black and get picked up by pirates who have a slave on board who has a past with Riddick. In the hopes of finding something of value they drag Riddick back to the planet where he finds Carolyn alive and makes a dangerous gamble to save her life, the others and his own. Lost of plot twists, angst, smut, emotional and physical danger… a highly adult read that is a worthy successor for a movie like Pitch Black.
