Why This Must Be Read: [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]'s writing is always so gorgeous and these snapshots of life for Hatter and Alice after Wonderland are just perfect. It's the romance and adventure of the miniseries mixed in with this lovely sense of laid-back domesticity that just works for these characters.
"You all right?" Hatter asks, wincing as he shakes out that infamous right hand. His knuckles are bleeding.
"I thought it was kind of fun, actually," Alice says.
"You’re bloody crazy, that’s what you are," Hatter says, eyebrow lifting.
But he’s smiling.
