Why This Must Be Read: Every RPF storyphrenitis writes is pure gold and this one is no exception. In it, Joe accompanies Torri on her road-trip back to LA after her departure from the show, and gradually comes to realise... well. Lovely, lovely writing and characterisations make this one of my favourite all-time Torri/Joe fics.

Why This Must Be Read: There's not a lot of truly "happy" Torri/Joe fics (for obvious reasons, heh) but this comes pretty close. Sure, Joe's still having a bit of a panic attack, trying to figure out what he should -- and can -- do with his co-star, but it's also Joe and Torri and Rachel and Jason on a snow-vacation road-trip with gallons of alcohol. There's banter and drinking games and flirting and a sweet balance of happy-fun-times against UST-angst-times. This story always leaves me smiling.
