Why This Must Be Read: 

Like the title says, four years have passed since the end of the 4^th season, and the whole gang gathers again. It’s sad and bittersweet but it’s like you can feel the characters through the words, it’s almost like they’re real. It’s the best skins Gen2 fic. No doubts.
By the way, it also has female/female (Emily/Naomi) moments, but if you're a fan of the show, you already knew that.
