Why This Must Be Read: A story that is both captivating and heartbreaking. Morgana and Arthur are complex, complicated individuals, and ed_84's rendition makes them only more so. The romance is hardly a conventional one, and one doesn't have to be familiar with the legends to sense that the two are destined for heartbreak. The lessons they learn are hard ones, and perhaps the hardest is the one Morgana doesn't learn until the very end. An outstanding story.
