Why This Must Be Read: Rather than an actual explanation, I leave you with the opening paragraph of this awesome one-shot of joy.

Ginny had once explained how the Weasley children thought – the twins thought in exclamation points, Percy thought in periods, Bill thought in commas, Charlie thought in ellipses and Ginny thought in perfect grammatical style. Ron, she had explained, didn’t think at all. He’d believed her at the time, though he’d pretended to take great offense. Now though, he’s disinclined to believe her as he’s thinking very clearly. The problem is, of course, that he’s thinking about Hermione and he’s thinking in very precise capital letters.

For example, right now he’s thinking that this is a Very Bad Idea.

Why This Must Be Read: A short little snip of a missing moment from in between Seasons 4 and 5.  The author does a beautiful job of capturing the dynamic that makes these two crazy kids work together, while keeping the always-hard-to-pin-down Anya tidily in character.  Add in a few pop culture references and the wistful wonderings that are so very Xander, and you've got a must-read fic.

Why This Must Be Read: 

Looking around here I realized there’s not a single fic about Eric and Sookie, which is weird because they’re loved everywhere, so I’ve decided to post the first rec about them.
It’s a Book rec, it’s right after 'From Dead to Worse'. Sookie is funny and sweet and plain Sookie but better. It’s a delicious piece to read if you love them, even if it is just a little bit. There’s even a mention (an hilarious one) of Buffy as a character in a show, and considering the worlds both women live in, it makes you wonder how no one’s ever made a crossover. Sweet and beautiful story.
