Okay, enough extension has been given. Hope everybody enjoyed this round, and once again, we've got well over 200 new recs in a variety of different fandoms and pairings due to these Manifestos. The next round of these Manifestos won't start until sometime around November. It'll be Shipper Manifesto rather than a Character Manifesto, so you've got plenty of time to think of a pairing that you wanna rec for, the next time around. ;)

Why This Must Be Read: Venus Smurf gives Lilith such a human side, it actually makes the movie pale in comparison. In talking to the Prefect, Lilith can finally voice all the fears she has bottled up inside, especially the fear to lose William and his trust.
