Why This Must Be Read: This is the best post-Let's Kill Hitler fic I've read this far that captures the dynamic between River and the Doctor so utterly perfectly. I love it to pieces. The drama, the romance, the comedy, the braziness of River, the bashfulness of the Doctor, the flirting, and then there's steamy sex. It deals with the developments so beautifully, and I can hear all the characters so deftly. From River to the Doctor to Amy and, then, ROFL, at the end, Rory. Read this fic, if you're a fan of this pairing at all.
