Why This Must Be Read: This one also starts pre-series but continues 10 years on into the run of the show. It's lovely Sara/Grissom, with the two of them having such a lovely & strong connection, but scared to take the final step into a relationship. It's also a fabulous Sara story itself, with interesting backstory for her, and a lot of the story is about her finding & understanding herself alone, as well as with Grissom.
