1. How much can I request? Only one requested pairing per person. You can't request two rounds in a row. First twenty responses only.
2. Who can fulfill the requests? How? When? Anyone can fulfill them. Wait until![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
peanutbutterer announces the list of the twenty requested pairings, and then post to the comm in a new post (so that everybody can see the rec, and we can tag it and stuff).
