Rating/Warning(s): PG, Slavery
Genre: Drama
WIP?: Yes, WIP at 35 chapters, 109,668 words. (The author stated about a month ago in

Setting: AU from before the series begins
Special Rec: 20/28
Why This Must Be Read: Slave!fic is a fandom trope, but every so often a fic comes along that makes a tired old plot line new again. Enslaved is one of those! Zuko is the slave for Katara. And I have to laugh at how Katara decides to make use of him! My amusement at the premise kept my interest until the plot sucked me in, and now I'm wondering just how things are going to work out. I don't think the author will sell out for a happily ever after, I really don't. Oh yes, and the characters are in their mid to late 20s, which is also a welcome change from the Zutara norm.
