sugangel7 is the new special reccer for August! And kaylle did 23 recs in the month of July! Giver her a round of applause!
I know that this comm is supposed to run it's next Shipper Manifesto challenge this month, but I'll be honest. I'm going to try to put up sign ups for tomorrow, but there's no guarantee it'll go up. Hopefully, it will.
