Why This Must Be Read: The author writes some really great Addison/Derek fic. This particular one is a little different then her other ones and one of my absolute favorites. She creates a really great OC in this story who is absolutely impossible not to fall in love with. She took something Meredith once asked Derek about him and Addison and basically makes a whole story from it.
A description from the author herself: This takes place in New York on the night that Addison slept with Mark. Meredith once asked Derek if it would have been different (between him and Addison) if they had kids. Well, this is going to explore what would have happened.
