Why This Must Be Read: This story does an amazing job of showing the passion and intensity of Erik and Christine's love for each other, but it doesn't shy away from the difficulties they encounter. Christine has to learn to deal with Erik's temper and obsession and Erik starts to see Christine as her own woman, rather than the girl he first met at the opera. However his desire to protect her is brought out in full force when another man develops an obsession with her.

Why This Must Be Read: Unlikely as it seems, zombies kind of fit into the setting of The Hitcher. On the run from the undead, John and Grace develop a 'relationship' that, in the light of their situation, is almost normal. cidercupcakes keeps the character, they don't suddenly turn all lovely dovely, and that is exactly what makes this story worthwhile. My favourite parts are the ones where Grace struggles with herself and in the end decides to give in to John. More or less.

Why This Must Be Read:Post series one shot on Jess and Rory's first night of marriage? If you EVER watched this show you know you got read it. It has the infamous Rory_Jess snarky banter, sexiness, their unique brand of frills-less romanticism, and a few precious hints of insane the wedding ceremony would be, if Emily and Lorelai were behind it all.
It is a perfect epilogue to last season of the show - it will make you sad, nostalgic and happy in an overtly sappy way.
