Why This Must Be Read:The author takes a fairly common convention in fan fiction, the couple forced to have sex by an aphrodisiac or witches' curse, etc., and takes it to a higher level. The characterization and inner conflicts are all believable. Wyatt Cain lost his wife six months before and fears he will betray her memory if he succumbs to his feelings for DG; DG, under the influence of the curse and in love with Cain, is afraid Cain is only there out of friendship and he will later resent her. Their friends Glitch and Raw both feel embarrassed and conflicted about whether they could or should take Cain's place if he finds himself unable to go through with it. This is one of the better Tin Man stories I've seen, though with a few minor spelling errors.

Why This Must Be Read: I'm not a big Draco or Slytherin fan, but even so this story is fairly brilliant. Draco is a consultant to the Ministry and the Aurors (Harry), and together they must investigate the disappearance of Cormac McLaggen. Slumber weaves the mystery together wonderfully, showing potential suspects all the way to the whodunnit reveal and surprise at the end. Besides that, she also deals with a number of things in the magical word so cleverly and logically. The flow and the overall story makes it impossible to put down - and you won't want to until you've finished it.

Why This Must Be Read: I have pretty much despaired of finding fic for Puck/Quinn anymore. After the horrors of Season 2, it's as if the community communally put up its hands and said, "It's hopeless." But then there was this. This fic... In seven parts Amiranaxagoras manages to make you feel happy, sad, and everything in between. She sets up the potential for a relationship between these two broken characters and then very quietly drops it back into canon compliance. You can see the ending coming, but it just hurts too good to stop reading. Do read and enjoy.

His voice is spot-on, and the author handles his internal transformation from Flynn to Eugene wonderfully as he falls for "Blondie". Completely adorable, of course (it is Tangled after all) and a great, lovely expansion of the movie.
