het_reccers. Special pairings requests, solicited by you. Is there a pairing you love but can't find fic for? A new couple you're interested in but aren't sure where to look to find the good stories? Or maybe you're just scooping for new fic for that popular pairing that everybody reads? Let your desires be known! peanutbutterer tosses up the new challenge on the 5th, she'll also have a list of those twenty pairings. Any fandom, any het pairing, rare/popular, it's all good! Members of this comm then take it upon themselves to fulfill the requests!
This is round one. Every time I do one of these polls, they'll be another round, so that means we'll host these Top Twenty Special Requests every two weeks.
FAQ
1. Wait, don't we already have a recs requested post? Yes. Yes, we do. This is an adjunct of it.
2. How much can I request? Only one requested pairing per person. And a person cannot request two rounds in a row, meaning if you request this time, you can't request in the next round. And only the first twenty to respond will qualify in each round, but hey, if you don't make it this time, there's always the chance of the next time!
3. Who can fulfill the requests? How? When? Anyone can fulfill them, but do not respond to the person's request by directly responding to their comment. Wait untilpeanutbutterer announces the list of the twenty requested pairings, and then post to the comm in a new post (so that everybody can see the rec, and we can tag it and stuff).
4. Cool. How do I request? Comment below with the name of the fandom, the full names of the people in the pairing, and any additional notes if you've got 'em. Keep the notes brief: two sentences or less. Simple as that.
