Why This Must Be Read: This is the type of fanfic rarely seen with the Jayne/Inara pairing.  Set several years into the future, we see a more mature crew, beyond the growing pains of getting to know one another.  It is romantic and sweet, and full of emotion that feels very genuine, both between the principal characters and the rest of the crew.  We also get a tiny glimpse of how a stable, mature River might be.  Enjoy.
