Why This Must Be Read: There aren’t that many Greek fanfics out there, but if you’re going to read any, this has to be one of them.  It’s a brilliant character study of Casey, and how exactly she went from being in love with Cappie to forming a relationship with Evan -- Cappie’s former best friend of all people.  What’s really beautiful about this fic is how perfectly it fits into canon, and how it shows that -- in this love triangle -- no one is truly to blame for how it all turned out.

Evan had been insignificant and small that morning, forgotten in the harsh light of day as she awoke in Cappie's bed, with Cappie's strong arm around her waist - but in the dim lights of the dorm entrance, suddenly Evan was larger than life, colorful, something special she'd never quite seen before, and it scared her.

Why This Must Be Read: I have to say that I don't read a lot of fics for Castle, because I'm pretty much satisfied with the show, but I love jane0904's summer hiatus fics. And this one is no exception. The characters are spot on, and even if it ends up being AU by the time the season 5 premiere airs, it's worth your while. Also, yes, this is a WIP, but it will be complete, you can be sure of that.
