Lots of crossovers (X-Files, Matrix, Gargoyles, Beauty and the Beast, Lois and Clark)

These are all crossovers between two or more fandoms. I decided to just group them into one post instead of breaking them down, especially since they have a lot of fandoms in common.

Two Gargoyles recommendations (Elisa Maza/Goliath, Demona/Goliath)

I think this is another fandom that has never been recommended here before. I hope that doesn't mean no one will be interested! Gargoyles was an animated drama in the mid-90s; Disney animation's one foray into serious television storytelling. It is to this day my favorite show of all time, and it kills me how little-known it is.

I have a couple of other recommendations planned for this fandom, but this is all I had time to write up tonight; I'll be back in a day or two with a few more.

Several Wicked stories (Elphaba Thropp/Fiyero Tiggular)

I have several Wicked recommendations this time. Wicked is a story that's primarily about a relationship between two women, and the fandom has mostly been dominated by slash, so it can be difficult to find decent stories for het pairings (even the canon ones). I love Elphaba and Fiyero so much, it makes me really sad that they don't get much attention.

Please keep in mind that pretty much all of these are spoilery for the musical and/or the book. Since the summaries are spoilery too, I put everything under a cut. If you aren't familiar with the canon and you don't want to be spoiled, please don't click!

Several Lois and Clark stories

Hello, [livejournal.com profile] het_reccers! My name is Kaylle, and I'm the special reccer for July. I'm getting a little bit of a late start, but I think I can still get to 20+ by the end of the month.

I tend to have unusual taste in fandoms, so my recs will probably be spread around a lot. I'm starting today with a handful of Lois and Clark recommendations. Lois and Clark was the first fandom I got really involved in online, and I have a lot of really fond memories of it. I may come back with more from this fandom later in the month.
